Answer the Toughest Interview Questions confidently and correctly
Nervous about the Interview?
What will the interviewer ask?
Want to make a great first impression?
Get confident not complacent
Getting to the interview stage is a very big accomplishment and you should indeed congratulate yourself for it, but it is only the foundation using which you still have to show that YOU are the BEST candidate for the job.
Very often applicants make a grave mistake by assuming that interview sessions are offer-letter-handout-meetings. Remember, the assessment intensifies in the interview.
Almost all jobs have a face to face interview before the final decision is made. This is because an interview is where your prospective employer puts a personality to the resume.
You have made a good first impression with your resume, now it’s time to make an excellent first impression with your personality and the way you answer questions.
Interviews follow a strict unwritten pattern
"A job in Sales is very different from a job in Accounting"
How can the same book or training work for both?
This is because while industries are different (as can be the designation being offered), all interviews have a common goal - to gauge the fitment of the candidate in the organization. And to gauge fitment, there are some time-tested questions that interviewers will have to ask.
The 'What' and the 'How'
'What' refers to the content of the answer while 'How' refers to the art of communication.
The content is essential to answer any question but communication decides whether the interviewer understands (and then likes) the answer.
Take the following scenario; Question: Why are you looking for a job?
Answer 1: I want more money and a promotion
While that may be true, it's not what any interviewer wants to hear because tomorrow if you get a better package elsewhere, you may jump jobs!
How does this alternative sound...
Answer 2: I am looking for professional growth and an opportunity to build my skills so that I can contribute more to the organization
Impressive?
Please remember that I have not, and will never suggest you to lie in your interview (or on your resume) but talking positively is not the same as dishonesty.
In the above example, the candidate probably wanted a promotion so that (s)he could take on more responsibility, which is what Answer 2 states clearly; as for money, it is generally an outcome of greater responsibility.
So both the answers give the same "What" with a different "How" which makes a very different impact on the interviewer.
Answers to Interview Questions should always portray you in good light and showcase you as a must have employee.

Cool easy read - everyone is nervous before an interview and so was I...
But I read your book a couple of times before my big day and could feel the positiveness flow thru.
The book is easy to read and helped me calm my nerves - definitely recommend.

I didn't have time as the interviewer was going on vacation.
I was panicking and bought your book without much research - thankfully a good decision as your tips helped me prepare for before / after / and on Interview Day.
My resume looks professional coz of your tip #06 :-)

The questions were actually the same!
Thank God I had read this book. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive at the time of buying the book because I didn’t expect the author to know what a random interviewer may ask, but I was pleasantly surprised during the interview.
I read 200+ Toughest Interview Questions Answered about a week before my interview and was impressed by the suggested simple ways to make a positive impression.
There are a lot of questions that I would have otherwise answered crudely, giving the interviewer a bad impression. I have moved jobs a few times and in particular liked the suggested answer (for questions related to this situation) in the book.
In general, the author tells you to put a positive spin on every answer without altering the gist of what you want to get across… and I liked that.
Personally, I think that the book is a good buy for anyone who wants to make a good first impression; and at 10 bucks it’s an absolute bargain.

Went in smiling, came out smiling, now have the offer letter!
Thank you so much for the book as there were a few questions that would have taken me by surprise and gotten me nervous during the interview.
I browsed the Internet and got a few handy tips but '200+ Toughest Interview Questions Answered' helped me to understand the interviewer’s perspective. Also, your answers are simple and to the point, which go with my personality of not talking excessively.
The other reason why I went in smiling was because I knew I was fully prepared. Your Interview Checklist listed things that I would have not thought of carrying, but because I did, I felt confident.
I could not use the tips you mentioned for the resume as I had already applied using my older version, but I will keep them in mind for the future.
I am very happy to give my approval for your book and hope that others also have similar success with it as I have.
